Yeah it's a defense mechanism of some sort (like a lion chasing you) but sometimes it can be made dissappear as well (like making a confusingly deep decision). For the 2nd kind of fear IMO, if doubt just sit alone quietly, close the eyes and think deeply. That's how I made mine. And yeah, ~TheAngel~, that's how I made the decision back then.
