It’s a grand cycle
Christmas is just around the corner! I really love Christmas. Not that it’s all just about present & goodies but I kind of admire the celebration on Christmas itself. OK, I’m no Christian and I never been to any church before.
Wait, no, I been to one or two before, just for the sake of following my friends there. But, that was years ago. Can’t really remember when. Maybe when I was in my high school, I think so…
Anyway, it doesn’t really matter. What is important was, I really like Christmas compare to all the festival that our country have.
Just that sometime it’s kinda fake. Sometime, some places just decorate for the sake of pleasing their customers or maybe just because it’s Christmas, some kind of a yearly routine to do.
Not that I care anyway~
Forget what I said earlier, it sounds nonsense though. So, what are you going to do during Christmas? Something special to get around with?
Maybe a dinner with me ~ I shall cook, I cook and bake delicious goodies! Try me!
So, in a blink of an eye, it’s year end of 2006. I don’t know about you but I always ask myself. “Where did the year go?” Then I ask, “What have I done that I can be proud of?” This year has not been an easy one for me.
I’ve suffer a major loss, learnt some hard lessons and taken on new responsibilities at work but me being the eternal optimist, I’m still thinking, “Tough is good. One can never build a character from an easy life.”
I’ve come to realized that come rain or shine, rainbows or major catastrophes, life goes on. You laugh, cry…pick up the pieces, learn to laugh again. It’s a grand cycle. So, how was your year?
Hopefully, less of a roller coaster then mine, but perhaps with its fair share of challenges!
