Perhaps you can get the RM5 refund from them, they did suggest to me on that when i send them my comment. I send flowers on Valentine this year and I requested for the picture. Initially i thot it was a picture taken with my gf and the flower, but it was the picture of the item. There was a miscommunication between us, i think. Anyway, my gf loves the designs and the presentation of the flowers. I've also seen the flowers myself, and it is great. They did a great job in making my gf happy. It is the same as the picture but only thing is that they've also given extra flowers and roses which are not stated in the website. Thus no complaint from me and i will still buy from them for all my orders. Only thing is i will not use the digital images services. Guess they've not taken up my suggestion in ensuring that the communication is clear on the digital image so that we, the consumer will not be confused.
