Sincere Apology
I received an email of apology for a Customer Service Representative of Pods & Petals Giftlab yesterday. And he claim himself as Kelvin Tan.
Here is the content of the rest of the email:
Dear Ms. Ee Leen,
Please accept our humblest apologies over the miscommunication that occurred with regards to the digital image(s) and notifying your kind self with regards to the delivery date and time.
We are in the midst of getting our website developer to clear up the confusion and appreciate your bringing up the matter to our attention. As such, we will refund you the amount paid for the digital image(s) as well as providing you a RM 50/- cash voucher to be redeemed for future purchases as a sign of our sincerity.
Kindly provide us with your bank account number so that we may issue the refund immediately and please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification on any issue that may arise. Again, please accept our deepest apologies for any inconvenience caused and have a pleasant week ahead.

Anyway I just replied to their mail with my bank account… I wonder when on earth they will transfer back the money to me…
