Fulltime blogger?

What do you think about full time blogger? For me, if anyone would want to earn money through blog, I will recommend he/her to blog part time (on night time), that at least you got a stable job.
There is a few reason why people try to avoid become full time blogger.
When you apply for housing, car or any loan, how you going to provide your monthly pay slip? Show them your bank balance? Bank won’t convince so easily with only bank balance.
What is suddenly your blog income drop heavily because of some changed rules?
These will definitely troublesome and unplanned problem will occur.
