My experience with Wholesale furniture Brokers was a nightmare and I would never do business with them again. They were dishonest about availability and repeatedly promised but failed to keep delivery dates-- and when I called the manufacturer I found out the furniture had not even been manufactured yet and was on back order for weeks! When the furniture finally arrived, their people didn't know how to set it up and damaged it. It was like dealing with a bunch of teenagers, I never found an adult who would take responsibility for resolving this, even among the managerial staff. They didn't return calls for weeks, didn't respond to emails, and when I called WFB they told me to talk to the local distributor and when I called the local distributor they told me to contact WFB. Their standard response: there's nothing we can do. It was the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
